Works with people seeking to deepen their spiritual life, deepen their connection with God, trying to discern/make life choices by including prayer and listening to God in that process, those wanting to either make a difference in their own lives or in the world
Teaches/leads “Interplay,” a creative expressive form of Spiritual Direction using movement, stillness, and simple story-telling. Interplay helps enhance creativity and opens listening through the body, “helps unlock the wisdom of the body.” Interplay is a playful way to open up internal listening and create community and a sense of wholeness in oneself and connection with others.
