Ministry Support Team

The Mission Goal is to provide the infrastructure for the presbytery’s mission & ministry so that the
members and staff will mutually support, respect, and be accountable to one another.

The Ministry Support Team oversees the following tasks:

• Personnel
• Budget & Finance
  • Be cognizant of all financial obligations and financial commitments of the presbytery.
  • Prepare financial reports and other information to assist the presbytery, the Ministry Coordinating Team, and sessions in making their financial decisions.
  • Draft the annual budget.
  • Review all proposed loans that create a contingent obligation of the presbytery and recommend approval or disapproval.
