On Saturday, July 25, 2009, Cherokee Presbytery will gather for a time of celebrating Christian Hospitality. And we’ll get a little business done too. If your congregation has a church banner, you might want to get it ready to bring with you. The Call to Meeting will include an invitation for churches to bring banners, and ministers to wear robes and red stoles, and join in the pre-worship procession. Worship will include the installation service for our newly called Mission Coordinator & Stated Clerk, Rebecca Blackwell.

I am still ironing out the details and procedures for allowing people to log-in to, and update the website. As soon as everything is complete and has received the Coordinating Team’s blessing, I will not only let everyone know the details, but will also be holding at least one or two training workshops to help everyone get acquainted.
In the meantime, you can email me any updates that you need.
